Types of Pipes & Tubes
Our inventory includes a wide spectrum of piping forms engineered for various structural, fluid, and high-pressure capabilities.
Seamless Pipes & Tubes
Extruded and drawn from a solid steel billet, offering the highest pressure rating without any longitudinal weld seams.
- Advantage: Exceptional pressure tolerance and uniform strength
- Shapes: Round, Square, Rectangular, Hydraulic
- Application: High-pressure oil/gas lines, boiler tubes, hydraulic systems
ERW Pipes (Electric Resistance Welded)
Manufactured by cold-forming steel strips into tubes and welding them using high-frequency electrical current, leaving a highly uniform weld seam.
- Advantage: Highly cost-effective with excellent dimensional accuracy
- Sizes: Wide range of standard diameters
- Application: Low/medium pressure fluid transmission, water lines, structural supports
LSAW / HSAW Welded Pipes
Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded (LSAW) or Helical Submerged Arc Welded (HSAW) pipes designed for massive diameters.
- Advantage: Available in extremely large ODs and heavy wall thicknesses
- Sizes: Up to 1200 NB (or larger for specific projects)
- Application: Major cross-country pipelines, piling, heavy infrastructure
Fabricated Pipes
Custom-cut and rolled from plates or specifically fabricated to meet unconventional dimensional or geometrical specifications.
- Customization: Unlimited variations in length and angles
- Coatings: Often treated with Epoxy, FBE, or Hot Dip Galvanizing
- Application: Specialized plant piping grids, exhaust systems, structural columns
Piping End Configurations
We supply pipes and tubes with highly precise end preparations for flawless joining and welding.
Plain End (PE)
Cut at a 90-degree angle. Typically used for smaller diameter pipes, socket weld fittings, or slip-on flanges where no welding bevel is necessary.
Beveled End (BE)
Machined to a specific angle (usually 37.5°). Essential for butt-welded joints to ensure full weld penetration and superior joint strength.
Threaded End (TE)
CNC-machined with tapered threads (like NPT or BSP). Ideal for lower pressure systems where welding is hazardous or maintenance is frequent.
Value-Added Piping Services
Beyond standard manufacturing, we offer advanced treatments and fabrication features to ensure our pipes are ready for extreme environments.
| Hot Dipped Galvanizing | Zinc coating applied for exceptional exterior corrosion resistance against moisture and environmental elements. |
| Epoxy & FBE Coating | Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) provides an advanced thermoset polymer barrier against soil stresses, chemicals, and saltwater. |
| Electro Polish | Electrochemical process used for stainless tubes to achieve a micro-smooth, ultra-clean surface for sanitary/pharmaceutical use. |
| Draw & Expansion | Cold drawing and thermal expansion services to manipulate standard tubes into precise, non-standard dimensional requirements. |
Industrial Applications of Pipes & Tubes
Our premium quality pipes and tubes are heavily utilized across global industries where extreme high-pressure fluid control, safety, and reliability are critical.
